Kenzie Kaschner lives in Germany with her husband, their three lively children and her German mother in law.
She started journaling when she was 12 years old and writing has always been a kind of refuge for her—a deep place to talk with God. She is also a song writer and enjoys contemplating the heart issues of life and how they can draw us in to experience the interplay between faith and the mundanity of daily life. Kenzie’s book, Monastery of Motherhood, is just that—an exploration of how motherhood can become a portal into deeper intimacy with God.
In her free time, you can find her enjoying an afternoon coffee in the sunshine with her husband, on a bike-ride with her children, jogging, reading, or baking bread. Their official home language is a humerous mix of English and German - officially called "Denglisch".
